Is There Such Thing As Anti-Aging Medicine and Can We Turn Back The Clock?

It’s been said that health is defined as the absence of disease.  And although I think we all can agree with that, I propose a different definition.  What if being healthy meant getting younger?  What if your biological age was lower than your chronological age?  Can we be younger than our stated age?  The answer to that is YES!

Our great American culture has been set up so that we are constantly stressed and on the go.  Our food consumption consists of whatever we can get in, whenever we can get it, and however it’s done does not matter.  We eat on the go, we eat hurriedly and we never take the time to rest our minds and workout our bodies anymore. Our obesity rates are among the highest in the world and skyrocketing. Our kids are fatter than they ever have been.  Diseases like diabetes, hypertension, heart disease and stroke are all common conditions that we have just gotten used to.  I am here to tell you that we have reached such a critical level, that we must do something today.
